| PUPPY MILL DOGS ARRIVE JUNE 24, 2006 Cockers in Need |
| This is Abi -- named in loving memory of Juanit's Abi. Abi is approximately 5 years old and has lived those years in hell. She's been in a puppy mill in MO producing puppies non-stop. Her body tells us her story. Her teeth are black, as you can see below. She'll need some serious dental work. Her back paw is missing a whole toe and the pad below it. Most likely from living on wire. She also has a fungal infection in her feet. Believe it or not, she's sweet and wants to be held and pet. Her toe nails were so long she had trouble walking.. but she is walking around and likes to look into your eyes. This is a really good sign. We just had her spayed but she'll need to have more vet work before adoption. |

| This is Beans, as in FULL OF BEANS He's a 9 week old buff/red cockapoo. He's just adorable!!!! Good kisser, goes belly up willingly and has the strongest puppy breath. Beans is being named in Memory of Lorrie's Beanie (her Boston Terrier) |

| Say Hello to Dolly. She's another cockapoo, about the same color as her brother Beans, but more petite. She's another snuggler & good kisser. Playful and sweet. |

| Jackie is a 9 week old cocker female. Full of life & the first one in line for her meal tonight. Yapped and talked to us if we weren't telling her how pretty she was. She's a me me me kind of girl. Pick me!!! Sweet when held and goes belly up and also gives kisses. She's one smart little girl. She can already go up a flight of steps. Luckily all of these pups were sprung from the puppy mill auction before anything horrible happened. |
| As always, the pups will go to homes as heart healers. That means that they are designated to people that are mouring the loss of a loved pet or family members. |

| UPDATE 6/29/06 PUPS ARE DOING WELL. IMAGINE FUZZY GUINEA PIGS RUNNING AROUND. IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF PUPPY LAUNDRY. ABI IS AMAZING. SHE'S ACTUALLY HELPING TO TEACH THESE PUPS HOW TO BEHAVE. SHE'S NOT THE MOM TO THE PUPS. ALL OF THESE DOGS WERE SPRUNG FROM A PUPPY MILL AUCTION IN MO. YES, WE PAID FOR THEIR FREEDOM. THE MILLERS WERE GOING TO BE PAID BY SOMEONE, BE IT ANOTHER MILLER OR US. WE FELT WE HAD TO SAVE THEM FROM THAT LIFE. ESPECIALLY ABI. THEN IT WAS A PAID 2 DAY TRANSPORT IN A BIG RENTED VAN.
