Cockers in Need will not allow any adoptions to anyone under the age of 21 years. 

By submission of this applicaiton, I/We unequivocally state that all statements and answers given in said application are the complete truth. Any misrepresentation of the truth in this application will invalidate any subsequent adoption agreement and will give Cockers in Need the right to reclaim the adopted Cocker Spaniel without refund of the adoption fee. 

All dogs adopted from Cockers in Need will be spayed or neutered if old enough.
